Some of your awards may include ‘Additional Questions’ set by your Funder. Unlike the ‘Common Outcomes’, your funder may stipulate that these are mandatory. If so, you will be unable to submit without completing them
‘Additional Questions’ are completed in the same way as ‘Common Outcomes’.
Not all Awards will have funder specific Additional Questions so if you do not see any listed, that means your funder hasn't assigned any Additional Questions to your award.
To complete the Additional Questions, simply click on each one and complete the required questions (indicated by a red asterisk).
If you have any questions regarding the information you need to provide when completing Additional Questions, it is always best to ask your funder directly as not only will they have a more direct answer for you but they will also be able to inform you of any procedures they would like you to follow if you are unable to complete a particular section.
Once you have all the fields completed to the best of your ability, click save. This will save your entry and make it available to your funder.
An Additional Question with a red “!” icon to the right means that Additional Question requires attention, and you will be unable to submit the award without accessing it and completing it.
An Additional Question with a green tick icon means that you have already accessed and completed that Additional Question for this submission period.
An Additional Question with a green “!” icon means that you have not accessed or completed the Additional Question, but your funder has specified that doing so is optional. You will be able to submit the award even if you do not complete it.
